Illuminating Facts about Renewable Energy
Illuminating Facts about Renewable Energy is a project comprised of two steps.

The final iteration, shown below, is an interactive Keynote presentation that blends my own research skills, data visualization and design, as well as audio and engaging presentation techniques.
The main challenge in the project was to make renewable energy a fun, engaging, and accessible topic. In the interactive presentation, I wanted there to be guide that made the information feel accessible to learners of all ages.

The idea was to have the images to pop along with the narration that would draw the learner's eye to specific objects at a specific time. It took numerous hours of work and feedback from my community of practice to achieve the final product.
The title image was designed by me using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Each data visualization on the individual slides have been customized with Adobe Illustrator and then merged into Keynote. Audio was added to each slide. The entire presentation is self-paced, and the presentation will not move forward without user interactivity.
The first step in the project was to recreate an infographic from a Lynda.com tutorial. In addition, I took the opportunity to add my own design techniques to the infographic by ensuring that the information was clear and concise, and that the infographic followed learning principles such as hierarchy and color techniques.
